Test options: The Test-it 6100, a mobile and handy test device with compact case design, is especially designed to test all functions of closed-circuit breathing apparatus. Including all required accessory parts, such as adapter and hoses for the Dräger PSS® BG4, the device offers reliable quality at a low purchase price together with low operating costs. The Test-it 6100 is suitable for the performance of leakage tests according to the EN 136:1998, vfdb directive 0804
Optional PC control: Optionally, the individual test steps can be controlled and analyzed via PC, using the provided user software. The connection is realized via USB interface.
Large hand pump: The test device Test-it 6100 includes a large hand pump for higher user comfort.
Protected according to IP 64: The robust housing is splash-proof according to IP 64.
Transportable: Thanks to a weight of only 5 kg, you can take the mobile test device wherever you go.
Clear operation: The user interface is divided into flow and pressure measurement area. The display integrated into the center shows the flow or the pressure. The connections RD40 and hand pump connections as well as the shut-off valve and pressure relief valve are located on the pressure side of the control panel. The flow test connection is integrated into the flow side of the control panel. Along with the Dräger Test-it 6100, a dosing cap is enclosed to connect the flow sensor with the hand pump inlet. This layout ensures that the PSS® BG4 are connected to the Test-it 6100, without further modifications.
Immediately ready to use: Upon switch-on of the device, an automatic sensor zero-offset is performed – afterwards, the device is immediately ready to use.
