Product features

Display and mounting options
The gas detector is available in three different versions: the standard version comes with keypad and LC display; it is also available without a keypad and LC display to be connected to a remote display unit, or with a connector for a handheld terminal. This enables maintenance to be performed even when the device is difficult to access.
Preventive maintenance
In the event of the optical system becoming dirty, and without loss of measuring signal, The Polytron IR CO2 transmits a configurable warning signal. This signal is transmitted below 4 mA, avoiding false alarms, and enables the user to plan cleaning or maintenance giving maximum system availability.
Robust construction
The impact-resistant transmitter housing is made of glass reinforced polyester, and the sensor housing is made using stainless steel. With an ingress protection of IP 65 and heated optics to drive off condensation from the optical systemensures it is suitable for the harshest environments.
