Product benefits

Intuitive operation via touch screen display
The instrument employs a high resolution, colour LCD touch-screen. The large screen offers a virtual keyboard and delivers clear and complete text messages that allow for easy operation.
Interfaces for communication tasks
The Alcotest® 9510 incorporates many communication interfaces. Therefore, it can easily be connected to a remote host or other devices such as printer, modem and the Ethernet.
Superior measurement technology
The Alcotest® 9510 analyzes and quantifies breath alcohol by employing two different and independent technologies: IR spectroscopy and electrochemical cell technology. Due to its measurement accuracy and reliability the device has been approved as “evidential breath alcohol testing device” for use in law enforcement agencies.
True ambient air check
An IR independent analysis of the ambient air of the absorption chamber is performed to provide assurance that the IR system is set to zero prior to each breath test.
Robust housing
With its robust housing, the Dräger Alcotest® 9510 is perfectly suitable for rough, mobile or stationary applications.
Adaptable placement in limited space applications
The Alcotest® 9510 can be installed and operated horizontally or vertically, and the screen switched accordingly
Printing Capabilities
The internal printer allows for on-site printout of all relevant data such as date, time, measurement result, measurement unit and device number on a log sheet. The instrument can also print all measurements and acquired data including graphs via the internal or an external printer.
